DELIVERY
We offer free delivery in the UK via Royal Mail.
Standard delivery is 2-4 days from shipping in the UK. Orders placed before 12am will be processed on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please allow us one full day to process your order.
If you would like an express service please contact us directly and we may be able to do same day or next day delivery if you live in London.
If by any reason your order is delayed, one of our team members will contact you directly and try to solve the issue.
Please note we are unable to cancel orders or change shipping methods once the order has been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Shipping costs and estimate delivery time will vary depending on your location. The calculation will appear on your order page during the checkout process. Please note international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties which will be charged separately by the courier company or local government authority. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import taxes and duties.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
We offer exchanges and full returns up to 28 days from purchase.
Please contact us via INFO@MAPA-LDNRIO.COM and inform us your full name, order number and reason why you would like to return the item. Your request will be analysed by MAPA and a member of the team will be in touch with confirmation and instructions for the return delivery.
In order for the return to be accepted and refund authorised, the item needs to be returned in the same conditions as it was delivered, in its original packaging, with tags intact and no signs of it being worn. If the product meets these requirements, you can choose to exchange it for another item or opt for a full refund.
Please note we will only accept authorised returns and delivery costs, import duties and taxes will not be refunded. Delivery costs will only be refunded if the product presents manufacturing defects.
